Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircrew Scheduler to support Bomber Squadron Operations across multiple Air Force Global Strike Command locations. The role emphasizes coordinating training and flight schedules to meet currency, progression, and mission requirements.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and 2+ years’ experience in squadron aircrew scheduling with PEX or similar systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 2+ years as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• 2+ years with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Knowledge of DoD and USAF logistics/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers and flight leadership to build schedules meeting currency and progression standards.
• Create long- and short-range schedules ensuring full coverage of aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support personnel.
• Coordinate daily flight operations with senior leadership to facilitate flying schedules.
• Track crew availability, leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other commitments; deconflict schedules.
• Update scheduling data in PEX or similar systems and generate reports for leadership.
