Job summary

ACET is seeking a squadron operations scheduler to support the 2d Bomb Wing/2d Operations Group at Dyess AFB, Texas. The role focuses on building and maintaining the B-52H flying schedule, coordinating with wing scheduling, and deconflicting across agencies. Expect frequent revisions after publication.

Responsibilities include coordinating with training officers, updating scheduling systems, and ensuring coverage for aircrew and support positions while tracking leave and other commitments. U.S.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance or former SECRET clearance not revoked.
• Minimum two years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Experience with PEX or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Build long-range and short-range flying schedules to cover aircrew, instructors, evaluators, supervisors, and support roles.
• Coordinate with Wing Scheduling, outside agencies, and higher HQ on exercise and event scheduling.
• Publish schedules and reconcile constraints with maintenance, weather, and range availability.
