Job summary

DelMarAerospace Corporation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a skilled Squadron Aircrew Scheduler to build and maintain the flying schedule for a B-52H unit. The role requires coordinating with wing scheduling and outside agencies and responding to changes with speed and accuracy.

Candidates must hold an active SECRET clearance, have at least two years of scheduling experience, and be proficient with the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) system.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-range and short-range flying schedules for aircrew and support positions.
• Coordinate with Wing Scheduling and outside agencies on exercise and special event planning.
• Publish schedules and update scheduling databases.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and deconflict crews.
• Ensure schedules meet priorities and deconflict with regulations.
