Amentum seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot and repair aircraft across the fleet. You will perform launches, recoveries, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company manuals.

You will provide on-the-job training to fellow mechanics, maintain accurate maintenance records, and support tool control. A valid state drivers license and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required for this role.

Formación

• 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• KC-46 maintenance experience preferred.
• FAA A&P certification preferred.
• Current state drivers license.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned aircraft.
• Adhere to Technical Orders, GOPs/SOPs and directives.
• Launch, recovery, inspections, and servicing of aircraft.
• Provide OJT to Mechanics/Technicians and sign training records.
• Operate on the flightline and drive vehicles per requirements.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Aircraft maintenance experience

Secret clearance required

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

FAA A&P certification preferred
