Job summary

JetBlue is seeking an Aircraft Engineer to support reliability enhancements, compliance, and performance across our fleet. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians and specialists to design, test, and improve aircraft systems and structures.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, hands-on data analysis capabilities, and the ability to work across departments. Occasional travel and a dynamic, safety‑driven work environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and engineering calculations.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering and OEM documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostics and monitoring strategies for reliability improvement.
• Review service bulletins and OEM docs; initiate appropriate engineering actions.
• Enter EA data into the electronic maintenance tracking system.
• Assist with airworthiness directives compliance and performance analysis.
