Job Title: Aircraft Structures Mechanic (Modification Team)Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic aerospace engineering and modification team as a Structures Mechanic. You will be part of our Installation/Modification Travel Teams, responsible for performing In-Seat Power, Wi-Fi, ACARS FMS upgrade kit installations and additional modifications on various aircraft types. Your work will adhere to aircraft manufacturer manuals, engineering drawings, FARs, and company policies, always prioritizing safety and high standards.Responsibilities
Work EnvironmentWork involves long‑term assignments with long hours, typically from 7 AM until work is completed, which may be as late as 7 PM. Technicians work in teams of 5-10 people and must be available for assignments on a road team for at least 30 days at a time., however primary work will be performed in Dayton, OH for the next 6-months. The work week can extend to 7 days, requiring dedication and teamwork. Per Diem will be paid for travel assignments. Paid weekly, our contractors can expect to make $2,500.00 - $3,000.00+ each week AFTER taxesPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
