Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services Corp. is seeking an avionics technician to inspect, test, repair and calibrate radar, radio, navigation and autopilot systems on aircraft. You will follow FAA regulations and company procedures, document actions, and ensure airworthiness with precision.

The role requires 1–3 years of avionics experience, ADS knowledge, and reading comprehension of technical data. A&P or FCC licenses are preferred; variety of shifts offered and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of aircraft avionics technician experience.
• A&P license and/or FCC license preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Research technical data and perform inspections, testing, adjustments, and repairs on avionics systems.
• Record maintenance actions concisely on required documents.
• Inspect avionics components for defects and test equipment for airworthiness.
• Calibrate installed or repaired equipment to specifications.
• Work across shifts and potentially travel for duties as needed.
