Job summary

VP Aviation is seeking Aircraft Structural Assemblers for a long-term contract in Red Oak, TX. Pay is $1,400.00 per week for 40 hours, not including overtime. No tools are required. Training is approximately 5–10 days; environment is climate-controlled with a low cost of living.

You’ll drill close-tolerance holes, install hardware, use pneumatic/electric tools, read blueprints, and perform assembly to exact specs. Dress code: VP Aviation T-shirts, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses; shorts allowed.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Experience drilling close-tolerance holes and installing hardware.
• Experience with pneumatic and electric power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to pass an entrance assessment.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• GED or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft assembly, manufacturing, or similar industry experience demonstrating the required skills
• Experience drilling close-tolerance holes and installing manufacturing hardware
• Experience with pneumatic and electric power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic technical skills.
