Job summary

AAA USA Inc in Wichita, KS seeks an experienced Sheetmetal Mechanic for aerospace manufacturing. Must be willing to travel/relocate temporarily to Red Oak, TX after training.

You will fabricate and assemble aircraft sheet metal and composite components, read blueprints, and maintain documentation. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy aviation structures sheet metal mechanic experience.
• Pass plate test to demonstrate skill level.
• Able to pass skills assessments - verbal, virtual and hands on.
• Experienced structural assembly, preferably on Boeing and Gulfstream products.
• Able to follow written, electronic and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Able to wear a respirator and other safety gear.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Available to work 1st and/or 2nd shift after training.
• Available to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends.
