Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking an Aircraft Records Clerk in our Maintenance Department. The role focuses on accurate computer entries of maintenance actions and meticulous filing of records. The position reports to the Aircraft Maintenance Records Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has experience with aircraft records, aviation terminology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of aircraft records software is preferred, and the work environment includes airport ramp and warehouse settings

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience with aircraft records.
• Knowledge of aviation terminology.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and complete computer entries of maintenance actions.
• File all maintenance records.
• Scan, index, and audit records downloaded into records software.
• Ensure the Major Component Auditor receives necessary documentation related to the repair and replacing of any engine.
• Maintain and control issued Identification Stamp in accordance with Company guidelines.
