• Entry-level experience in inventory tracking systems and electronic filing.
• Experience with aircraft records or related data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve real-time operational issues and correct inventory/records in CDCS per procedures.
• Coordinate with Records Teams to escalate unresolved requests.
• Assist with lease returns, retirements, or scrapped aircraft documentation.
• Assist with testing new technology software updates and training materials.
• Review reports to upload missing paperwork into Maintenix, SIS, and AirVault.
