Job summary

Triumph Processing Inc. is seeking a quality inspector to perform in-process, first article, receiving and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes. You will read planning documents, calibrate inspection tools, and maintain precise inspection records.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of inspection experience. You will collaborate with engineering and QA teams, explain quality specifications to operators, and participate in internal audits and continuous

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year inspection experience.

Responsibilities

Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes.
Read and interpret information from planning documents, tool design, blueprints, specifications and quality inspection procedures to develop clear, complete and precise records of inspection.
Calibrate inspection tools and equipment prior to using.
Interface with other individuals from various departments on issues related to quality.
Provide and assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures.
Initiate and prepare nonconformance reports and provide to QA administrator.
Conduct internal audits as required.
Suggest improvements for continuous quality system improvement.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
