Job summary

Triumph Group is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections on parts and assemblies, read blueprints, and ensure conformance to specifications at our TRIUMPHdesigns facility. You will maintain records, verify materials, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have 5+ years in manufacturing quality inspection, strong measurement tool skills, and experience with AS9100. This position requires high school level education and permanent work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work process instructions.
• Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems preferred.
• Ability to apply geometry and tolerancing to calibrate equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to drawings and weldments.
• Read blueprints and specifications to verify accuracy.
• Maintain inspection records and report defects to supervision.
• Ensure incoming materials meet purchase specifications.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Train other employees as needed; maintain FAA safety compliance.
