Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of inspection experience, aviation industry experience required.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solver attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communicator.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with Quality Assurance systems and standards (Nadcap, Military).
• Experience with regulatory conformity inspections (FAA, Government).

Responsibilities

• Identify design, process, or other inefficiencies and report quality concerns to the Director of Quality.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English and communicate issues to other department personnel and management when necessary.
• Read technical drawings with multiple views and verify acceptability of parts and material to written standards.
• Write discrepancy reports and complete inspection documentation.
• Complete work according to instructions, specifications, drawings, and procedures.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Work nights and weekends, with variable schedules and additional hours as necessary.
• Assist in the Masking Department when workload requires so.
