Job summary

Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Supervisor Quality Control to lead Aircraft Inspectors and ensure all maintenance work meets quality standards, manuals, and regulatory requirements.

You will coach and develop team members, manage daily schedules, inspections, and authorizations, and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and the FAA to improve quality. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Quality control experience in airline maintenance preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

• Guide QC Inspector team to comply with manuals and FAA regs.
