ST Engineering Aerospace is seeking a Quality Control Lead to guide a team of inspectors and ensure every aircraft leaving the facility meets FAA standards. You will balance hands‑on inspection with team leadership, reviewing flight logs and mentoring inspectors.

The Lead Inspector reports to the Supervisor of Quality Control and oversees all inspectors assigned to the crew, driving operational excellence across the repair station.

Qualifikationen

• Must understand FARs and company policies.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft manuals and drawings.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work long hours.

Aufgaben

• Lead and direct inspectors, assign duties.
• Review maintenance logs for required work.
• Manage forms and transfer work orders.
• Survey work in progress and accept/reject completed tasks.
• Ensure tie‑in to relief and proper airworthiness release.
• Verify installations, safety and workmanship per manuals.
