Southwest Airlines is seeking a Supervisor Quality Control to lead Aircraft Inspectors, ensuring maintenance work meets quality standards, manuals, and regulatory requirements. You will coach, train, and develop team members, manage schedules, and review procedures with FAA and engineering collaboration to uphold safety and compliance.

The role requires coordinating with Maintenance and Engineering, auditing records, and providing guidance to correct issues while supporting vendors and partners

Formación

• Knowledge of Maintenance Procedures Manual and aircraft paperwork processes.
• Familiar with CFR 121 FAA regulations.
• Strong communication skills at all leadership levels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance for the QC Inspector team to ensure work aligns with approved manuals.
• Assist the Manager with department scheduling and inspector assignments.
• Correct discrepancies with other departments and provide feedback.
• Review inspection procedures to improve maintenance quality and ensure compliance.
• Manage performance standards for inspection personnel and authorize qualifications.
• Coordinate with FAA liaison for maintenance and engineering communications.
