StandardAero in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Lead Inspector to supervise the inspection function and ensure airworthiness in accordance with OEM and regulatory requirements. You will report on performance to the Chief Inspector and lead CI initiatives with the team.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in Quality Inspection with gas turbine engines.
• Minimum 3 years reading, understanding, and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for ~25% of the day.

Responsabilidades

• Report status and performance of the inspection function to the Chief Inspector.
• Provide regular input to Chief Inspector regarding the performance of inspection personnel.
• Lead inspection topics, including improvements and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Provide technical support to business unit inspectors.
• Review amendments to policies and procedures pertaining to inspection criteria.
• Train inspection personnel in methods and best practices.
