Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years manufacturing/related education experience.
• Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training in assembly and production areas.
• Develop and implement new training programs and processes for manufacturing.
• Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records.
• Monitor trainees and supervise certification processes.
