Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical Trainer Production 4 in Palmdale, CA. The role supports JET within ASTAR, delivering on-the-job and classroom training for assembly and production staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with extensive manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work various shifts. A current Secret clearance and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with significant manufacturing exposure.
• Minimum 3 years direct experience working with systems and electrical.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal direction and adapt to shift schedules.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required; ability to obtain program special access.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.
• Participate in development and implementation of new training programs and processes for manufacturing areas.
• Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records.
