Cirrus Aircraft in Minnesota (Duluth) is seeking an experienced Production Manager to direct multiple assembly lines, ensuring quality and safety while developing teams of technicians and leads. You will drive Lean initiatives, manage staffing, and coordinate production schedules to meet on-time delivery with zero defects for internal customers.

The role requires strong leadership, deep manufacturing knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a manufacturing field with leadership exposure.
• 7+ years of related manufacturing leadership experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with Cirrus Design's manufacturing processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of production assembly departments.
• Ensure safety and quality of aircraft build and personnel.
• Train, retain, hire and support direct labor teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean projects across line design and processes.
• Schedule production based on product introduction and materials supply.
• Review reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems.
