This position requires:

• Two (2) years of finish coat experience in automotive or aircraft painting
• Understanding of hazardous material handling and disposal
• Basic knowledge of FAA regulations related to FAR part 145 repair station operations
• Possession of minimum required tools
• Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Airframe license preferred but not required

Major Responsibilities

• Follow verbal or written instructions
• Refinish aircraft, parts, and other items as assigned
• Maintain paint spraying equipment per manufacturer’s instructions
• Mix materials used in the paint process

Physical Requirements

• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Sit, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Hear at conversational level with hearing aids
• Correctable near and far vision
