Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks an experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – Airframes in Fort Worth, TX. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft structures, skins, landing gear, and flight control hydraulics, ensuring compliance with NAMP and DoD standards.

Qualifications include 4–5 years of airframes experience (2+ on F/A-18 or similar), DoD Secret clearance, and proficiency with airframe tools and hydraulic systems. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum four to five years of aviation structures/airframes experience with two years on F/A-18 variants or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of NAMP protocols and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with airframe sheet metal tools and hydraulic test stands.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems including landing gear components.
• Perform structural inspections and sheet metal/composite repairs on skins and frames.
• Rig and test flight control surfaces for safe flight parameters.
• Inspect and service hydraulic systems per NAVAIR limits.
