Amentum is seeking an experienced LUH72 Aircraft Mechanic I - NON A&P to troubleshoot and repair aviation systems including airframe, engines, hydraulics and electrical systems. You will read manuals, perform inspections, replace worn parts, and document work performed in maintenance records.

The role requires a willingness to obtain A&P certification, and candidates must have several years of aviation maintenance experience with rotary-wing aircraft and be able to work in a dynamic field

Qualifikationen

• Experience diagnosing and repairing aircraft components.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and data sheets.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot malfunctions in airframe, propulsion, and systems.
• Inspect and repair or replace defective components using hand/power tools.
• Perform 100-hour and calendar inspections on rotary-wing aircraft.
• Document work performed in maintenance records.
