Job summary

Trace Aviation, Inc in Flowood, MS is seeking a Work Order Administrator to create, review, and maintain aircraft component work orders in our ERP/MRO system. You will ensure accurate part numbers, scopes, and routing, and monitor orders from release to completion.

You will coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and logistics to ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and FAA Part 145 compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.
2+ years of experience in MRO, aviation maintenance administration, logistics coordination, or work order management.
Experience in FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRO systems.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and maintain work orders within the ERP/MRO system for aircraft components, assemblies, and repair activities.
Ensure all work orders are accurately initiated with correct part numbers, job scopes, customer requirements, and routing information.
Monitor the lifecycle of work orders from release through completion, ensuring timely updates and closure.
Coordinate with production, repair stations, quality inspection, and engineering teams to ensure work order accuracy and completeness.
Verify all required documentation (repair instructions, inspection records, certifications, and test results) is attached and properly filed.
Track progress of active work orders and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Part 145 Repair Station procedures, and customer specifications.
