West Star Aviation is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift in East Alton, IL. The role covers diagnosing and repairing complex aircraft systems, performing inspections, and maintaining aircraft for corporate clients.

Requires Airframe or Powerplant license with progressive experience levels and strong teamwork in a fast-paced MRO environment. Expect comprehensive benefits starting at hire, including medical, dental, 401(k) match, paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualificações

• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe license preferred.
• 0–2 years of aviation maintenance experience for AMT I; 2–4 years for AMT II; 4–6+ years for AMT III; 6+ years for AMT IV.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system and component issues.
• Operate ground support equipment as needed.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Communicate clearly in English and document maintenance activities.
