Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor. The role oversees maintenance personnel, unit readiness, and compliance with technical directives and contract requirements on site.

Candidate must have 4+ years in aerospace maintenance, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and maintenance systems. Secret clearance is required; telecommute is not offered. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years aerospace/aircraft maintenance experience as a Site Supervisor
• Experience leading maintenance personnel and assigning work
• Familiarity with military maintenance instructions and quality procedures
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day aircraft maintenance to meet contract requirements safely and on time.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for Government and coordinate daily activities.
• Direct and prioritize work to optimize manpower and resources.
• Ensure maintenance follows manuals, directives, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings and production meetings.
• Review maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain staffing and communicate status to Program Manager.
