Job summary

Resicum International, LLC seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a Contract Field Team providing maintenance support for C/KC-130T aircraft at NAS Jacksonville, FL, with rapid deployment capability to global Government locations.

The Site Supervisor will oversee airframe, powerplant, avionics, inspections, troubleshooting, and readiness, coordinating personnel and resources to ensure safe, compliant maintenance and timely return-to-service. Position contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible aircraft maintenance experience.
Demonstrated experience supervising or leading aircraft maintenance personnel.
Experience leading maintenance operations involving airframe, powerplant, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, structural, or avionics systems.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and return-to-service requirements.
Experience interpreting and applying aircraft technical manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering documentation, drawings, schematics, and other technical publications.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing aircraft maintenance requirements and allocate personnel and resources to meet production schedules.
Experience providing technical guidance to Mechanic II and Mechanic III-level personnel.
Experience reviewing aircraft forms, maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with Government representatives, customers, engineers, quality personnel, and maintenance leadership.
US military aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required by the contract.
Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
Willingness to rapidly deploy worldwide in support of Government requirements.
Must meet deployment documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily C/KC-130T aircraft maintenance operations, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Provide direct supervision and technical leadership to assigned Aircraft Mechanic III and Aircraft Mechanic II personnel.
Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance workloads based on status, mission requirements, and schedules.
Lead teams performing airframe, powerplant, avionics, structural, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Provide technical direction and troubleshooting for complex maintenance problems.
Ensure personnel interpret and apply manuals, instructions, and publications.
Coordinate and oversee inspections, component replacement, troubleshooting, repairs, and return-to-service.
Review maintenance requirements and coordinate manpower, tooling, and materials.
Monitor maintenance status and report progress to Government and company leadership.
Review forms, logs, work orders, and documentation for accuracy.
Ensure proper documentation and logbook entries are completed per procedures.
Coordinate with Government maintenance reps, QA, Maintenance Control, engineering, supply, and customers.
Support MEC, ECOD, Technical Directives, and other maintenance requirements.
Identify recurring problems and propose corrective actions.
Ensure personnel maintain required qualifications, training, and currency.
Monitor compliance with safety, FOD prevention, tool control, and environmental policies.
Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Property and tools.
Assist with planning, pre-induction, meetings, and production coordination.
Provide guidance to lower-level mechanics and ensure adherence to procedures.
Support deployment and rapid-response maintenance operations.
Coordinate deployment of personnel and equipment to worldwide locations.
Ensure deployment readiness including passports, visas, immunizations, clearances.
