Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a Contract Field Team providing maintenance support for C/KC-130T aircraft at NAS Jacksonville, FL, with rapid deployment capability worldwide.

The Site Supervisor oversees airframe, powerplant, avionics, inspections, and readiness, coordinating a team of Aircraft Mechanic II and III to ensure safe, compliant maintenance and mission readiness.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible aircraft maintenance experience.
Demonstrated experience supervising or leading aircraft maintenance personnel.
Experience leading maintenance operations involving airframe, powerplant, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, structural, or avionics systems.
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and return-to-service requirements.
Experience interpreting and applying aircraft manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering documentation, drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily C/KC-130T aircraft maintenance operations, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Provide direct supervision and technical leadership to Aircraft Mechanic II and III personnel.
Prioritize and monitor workloads based on status, mission requirements, and schedules.
Lead maintenance teams across airframe, powerplant, avionics, and related systems.
Provide troubleshooting support for complex aircraft maintenance problems.
Coordinate with Government maintenance representatives, QA, and customer organizations.
