You will transform technical knowledge into practical, hands-on learning for maintenance teams across classroom and field settings, delivering structured OJT for initial and recurrent qualifications including Airbus systems, run/taxi/radio, ground support, avionics, and structures. The role is hybrid with up to 50% travel, requiring FAA credentials, 5+ years of experience in transport-category aircraft maintenance,

Competenze

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Five years of experience in transport-category aircraft maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a valid SIDA badge.
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Deliver hands-on aircraft maintenance training.
• Provide formal, structured On-the-Job Training for aircraft maintenance personnel.
• Deliver initial and recurrent Airbus run/taxi/radio training and qualifications.
• Provide hands-on instruction for ground support and servicing operations.
• Conduct Airbus aircraft systems, avionics, and structures OJT qualification training.
• Plan and conduct OJT lessons and evaluate technician performance against established completion standards.
• Support Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Apprentice initiatives.
• Coordinate development, implementation, and integration of OJT across Frontier.
• Demonstrate proper use of digital aircraft maintenance systems and standard office software as part of training.
• Document completed training in Frontier’s Learning Management System.
• Support cross-departmental activities and special projects as assigned.
• Promote safety through practical demonstration of compliant maintenance practices.
• Model safety, integrity, excellence, and teamwork.
