Contour is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance On-the-Job Trainer (OJT) to deliver hands-on training and mentorship to maintenance personnel. You will supervise trainees during live aircraft tasks and ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

You will maintain accurate training records and provide feedback to foster growth. Qualified candidates have five+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, an FAA A&P license, and proven ability to train or supervise

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Valid FAA A&P license required.
• Experience in training, mentoring or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance documentation, and safety protocols.

Aufgaben

• Deliver structured on-the-job training to maintenance technicians and apprentices.
• Supervise and guide trainees during live aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Maintain training records and progress reports with task sign-offs.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Training Department to align OJT with classroom instruction.
