Frontier Airlines is seeking an Instructor — Maintenance Training to prepare technicians across Frontier’s maintenance operations. You will develop and deliver technical training for Airbus A320 systems, engine run and taxi, and regulatory requirements to technicians, engineers and station partners.

The role combines your maintenance experience with instructional skills in formal classrooms and hands-on environments, supporting FAA standards and Frontier policies while traveling to multiple

Competenze

• Five years of aviation line or hangar maintenance experience.
• FAA A&P license and/or FCC Radio license; field/military experience.
• Three years of classroom instruction and/or an adult-learning environment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft system operations.
• Knowledge and experience in airline technical operations.
• Technical knowledge of electronic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including database and spreadsheet applications and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, communication and instructional skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver formal Airbus aircraft-specific Airframe, Powerplant, Avionics and Systems courses for technicians, engineers and maintenance station vendors.
• Provide recurrent and regulatory training, including Winter Operations, Taxi and Run-up Training, Hazardous Materials, Required Inspection Item (RII) and Policies and Procedures.
• Provide formal on-the-job training to maintenance technicians.
• Use ACT Suite training tools for formal classroom instruction.
• Use Flight Training Devices and the Airbus A320 simulator for engine run and taxi instruction.
• Deliver training in a variety of environments - from formal classrooms to individual, hands-on floor instruction.
• Develop course materials that meet applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier standards.
• Write, edit and recommend new or updated training materials to management.
• Apply your knowledge of aircraft systems, technical operations and regulatory requirements to support effective technical instruction.
• Help ensure department personnel - including yourself - remain properly trained, qualified and current to perform assigned tasks.
