Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and modifications on our aircraft and related equipment. The role requires maintaining FAA compliance and adherence to GMM and company procedures throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license, with preferred prior A&P or airline experience, and proficiency in computer data input to update maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an A&P mechanic or airline experience.
• Experience using a computer to look up information and input data.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot all aircraft systems and execute maintenance work orders.
• Use tools, equipment and test apparatus to complete work per industry standards; ensure calibration validity.
