Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an aircraft maintenance technician to perform inspections, repairs, and part replacements on aircraft and related systems at our Maryland location.

The role includes logging work, following official maintenance instructions, and ensuring access for inspections while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities cover replacing components, disconnecting lines, and assisting with engine and hydraulic system work, with potential exposure to extreme conditions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid US State driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret data.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to obtain a Government flight line driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enter aircraft logs and records as needed and prioritize workload to maintain schedules.
• Comply with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series for aircraft maintenance and ALSS.
• Inspect and replace parts using mechanic’s tools.
• Access for inspection and repair by removing plates and covers; reassemble after work.
• Disconnect instruments, ignition, and fuel/oil lines.
• Dismantle/repair/overhaul/replace engines, plumbing, hydraulics, and structural sections.
