Contour Aviation seeks a Maintenance Controller to oversee safe, compliant aircraft maintenance operations for the Smyrna-based fleet. You will direct maintenance personnel, monitor aircraft status, and coordinate support to minimize disruptions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires an A&P license, turbine-equipped aircraft experience, and a track record of multi-engine jet maintenance. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Completion of formal aircraft maintenance training for turbine powered airplanes.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an aircraft mechanic and/or inspector for large, multi-engine jet aircraft.
• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience on the Cessna Citation Corporate jet or 560XL/560XLS.
• Experience in airline day-to-day maintenance operations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clear information affecting maintenance status, action plans, return to service estimates, and other technical information to maintenance and flight operations personnel.
• Communicate with flight crew when operational discrepancies are found and obtain needed information for repairs.
• Utilize maintenance tracking systems to plan, schedule, and logistics for scheduled maintenance per inspection programs.
• Update Computerized Maintenance Tracking Program with verified compliance information.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance and Purchasing to expedite aircraft return to service.
• Coordinate and track all deferred maintenance items (DMI) and ensure parts are ordered to clear DMIs.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and related inventory/tracking tools.
