Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Columbus, OH to manage mechanical irregularities and plan unscheduled maintenance to keep aircraft available and compliant. This 24/7 role acts as the main point of contact for aircraft out of service and real-time airworthiness status.

Candidates should hold an FAA A&P license with 2–4 years of maintenance experience, be proficient in Word/Excel, and be able to work in the corporate office in Columbus, Ohio, including weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• 2–4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical irregularities and plan unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Be the primary contact for aircraft out of service status.
• Coordinate maintenance, tooling, and parts with providers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company manuals.
• Communicate aircraft status to SOC and dispatch in real time.
