Job summary

Vista America is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Columbus, OH to oversee daily fleet maintenance and coordinate with flight crews and vendors. The role requires strong troubleshooting, A&P certification, and 5+ years in corporate or regional airline maintenance.

The position operates on a 4 on/4 off 12-hour schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a compensation range of $55.29–$57.69 per hour. Applicants should be insurable and able to travel for company requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have an A&P certificate.
• Minimum 2 years aircraft maintenance control experience.
• 5+ years in corporate aircraft or regional airline maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage fleet maintenance requirements daily.
• Coordinate with SOC/OCC, QC, Customer Service, MX Vendors, FBOs and flight crews.
• Apply and manage fleet MELs and release MX work orders.
• Monitor and ensure timely data entry in MX systems and inform operations of AOGs.
