Job summary

Andromeda Systems Incorporated seeks an Aircraft Coordinator to support COMFRC in Pax River, MD. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance, monitoring plans, and delivering actionable analyses to improve fleet readiness.

The candidate will work with JPOs, IPCs, and senior leadership to produce reports and dashboards, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective coordination across stakeholders. A U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of acquisition experience for DoD weapons systems in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; four additional years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and sustainment planning.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, dashboards, and business platforms (e.g., QLIK, Tableau) with willingness to learn and engage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of aircraft as primary liaison with customers.
• Monitor short- and long-term maintenance and production plans to meet readiness goals.
• Analyze logistics data to identify patterns and improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Track on-time delivery of scheduled workload and MCAR/FMCAR alignment.
• Collaborate with JPO subject matter experts and IPCs on capability establishment.
