Job summary

Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) seeks an Aircraft Coordinator to support COMFRC in Pax River, MD. You will liaise with JPO, FRCs, PMAs, OEMs, and NAVSUP/DLA to coordinate aircraft maintenance and repair and monitor readiness metrics.

The role requires 6–8 years in DoD acquisition/logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytics. MS 365 and dashboards are used to deliver reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of acquisition experience related to DoD weapons systems and aviation depot/MRO environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional 4 years of acquisition/logistics experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with IPS elements, sustainment planning, and aircraft configuration management.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, dashboards, and business platforms; MS 365 suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and production plans for aircraft readiness.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings with actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with JPO, IPAs, and NAVSUP/DLA Fleet to support capability establishment and metrics.
• Track induction, MCAR/FMCAR alignment, and On-Time Delivery of scheduled workload.
