Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) seeks a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the COMFRC Production Engine Lead at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and optimizing engine and aircraft logistics, with emphasis on cost and readiness targets.

The successful candidate will monitor performance across FRC sites, analyze data, advise leadership on trends, and help standardize processes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of acquisition experience for DoD weapons systems in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 4 years additional experience substituting for the degree
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, NAVSUP/DLA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and present complex data
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engine and aircraft scheduling, financial management, production control, and logistics
• Monitor production performance across FRC sites using Turn-around Time and Time to Relibly Replenish metrics
• Use performance data to analyze impacts on cost and schedule
• Advise on performance trends to leadership (N42)
• Standardize processes and procedures across the FRC enterprise
• Conduct detailed analyses to drive improvements and justify costs
• Participate in annual Workload Standards reviews
• Assess labor hours, schedules, and material cost factors
• Ensure all cost and TAT changes are justified and approved
• Perform trend and variance analyses against readiness goals
• Recommend workload reallocations to meet readiness requirements
• Maintain stakeholder communications with FRC sites and others
• Liaise with NAVAIR PMA, IPCs, CNAF Class Desk Managers, NAVSUP, DLA
• Identify resources and develop executable workload plans
• Represent COMFRC in high-level reviews with OPNAV, CNAF and NAVAIR
