Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) seeks a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the COMFRC Production Engine Lead at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and cost/production analysis across multiple FRC sites, leveraging data to drive improvements and justify costs.

Candidates should have 6–8 years in DoD acquisition logistics, a relevant Bachelor's, strong analytical and communication skills, and readiness to travel up to 30%. U.S.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems and experience in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or additional 4 years of acquisition/operational logistics experience in lieu)
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, and NAVSUP/DLA, Fleet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and present complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive planning, organization, and coordination of engine and aircraft scheduling, financial management, production control, and logistics.
• Monitor production performance across FRC sites by tracking Turn-around Times (TAT) and Time to Reliably Replenish (TRR).
• Use performance data to analyze impacts on cost and schedule.
• Advise COMFRC (N42) on performance trends.
• Standardize processes and procedures across the FRC enterprise.
• Conduct detailed analysis to drive improvements and justify costs.
• Participate in the annual Workload Standards (WLS) review process.
• Assess standards to determine factors related to labor hours, schedule, and material costs.
• Ensure all cost and TAT changes are justified and approved.
• Perform trend and variance analysis against readiness goals.
• Identify areas for improvement and reallocate funding strategically.
• Recommend workload redistribution to meet readiness requirements.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders including FRC sites.
• Liaise with NAVAIR PMA, IPCs, CNAF Desk Managers, NAVSUP, and DLA.
• Identify required resources and develop executable workload plans.
• Serve as COMFRC representative in high-level reviews with OPNAV, CNAF and NAVAIR.
