Andromeda Systems Incorporated is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the COMFRC Production Engine Lead at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role involves comprehensive planning and coordination of engine and aircraft scheduling, financial management, production control, and logistics with a focus on cost and time efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of acquisition experience related to DoD weapon systems, strong analytical abilities, and proven stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of acquisition related to in-service DoD weapons systems and experience in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, NAVSUP/DLA, Fleet.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engine and aircraft scheduling, financial management, production control, and logistics.
• Monitor production performance across FRC sites using key metrics such as TAT and TRR.
• Analyze cost and schedule impacts from performance data and advise leadership.
• Liaise with NAVAIR PMA, IPCs, CNAF Class Desk Managers, NAVSUP and DLA to align resources.
• Standardize processes across the FRC enterprise and drive improvements.
• Conduct trend and variance analysis to support readiness goals and funding decisions.
• Represent COMFRC in high-level reviews with OPNAV, CNAF and NAVAIR.
