Job summary

Aero Capital Solutions, Inc. (ACS) is seeking a Manager – Legal Operations based in Austin to support the Legal Department in purchasing, leasing, selling, and financing aircraft and engines, along with governance matters.

Ideal candidates include experienced paralegals in aircraft leasing or real estate, or highly credentialed early-career professionals eager to contribute across a broad Legal Department agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at different stages.
• Maintains good judgement under pressure.
• Texas notary or paralegal qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, execution, and administration of agreements relating to purchase, sale, lease, and financing of commercial aircraft and engines.
• Coordinate document execution, including signature requests, notarizations, apostilles, and legalizations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions, contracts, and related documents.
• Work with internal and external resources across legal, technical, investments, tax, and commercial teams.
• Manage KYC and other corporate diligence requests.
• Provide additional support as required by senior team members.
