Job summary

StandardAero in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Account Leader – Engine Leasing to oversee engine leasing transactions, ensure contractual compliance, and support billing, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

You will manage documents, update customers, maintain databases, and collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to close contracts and optimize lease assets. A background in customer service within manufacturing and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Post-secondary education in business administration, aviation, supply chain, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engine leasing transactions to ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage monthly billing invoice rentals and update information with customers.
• Maintain multiple databases and reports of current and past leases.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, maintenance, and customers to close contracts.
