Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama seeks an Aircraft Manager II to oversee folio management for aircraft during production and flight test, driving issue resolution from non-conformities to closure. The role requires strong leadership to mentor ACM staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The candidate will analyze issues across flightline and flowline, initiate action plans, and monitor progress to ensure timeliness and quality in handover to the delivery center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in aviation related fields.
• 2+ years in Aircraft Manager role within Airbus or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrable communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office; strong supply chain and quality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage folio of assigned aircraft during production and flight test until handover.
• Analyze and steer non-conformities, customer findings, and flightline issues; identify corrective actions and ensure closure.
• Train and mentor Aircraft Manager staff; support ACM team in flowline/flightline functions.
