Rolls-Royce plc is seeking an Aircraft Engine Test Mechanical – Assembly for an onsite role in Indianapolis, IN. You will install, operate, test and remove aircraft engines and components in test stands, making test connections and configuring equipment with strict safety and quality standards.

The position requires an FAA Powerplant license (Airframe & Powerplant preferred), willingness to travel for field actions, and the ability to work around moving machinery and high temperatures.

Qualifications

• FAA Powerplant license is required.
• Travel to support field actions may be necessary.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, test and remove engines and components in test stands.
• Make test connections and install/remove test equipment as required.
• Perform maintenance around electrical, lubrication, and propulsion systems.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards during testing.
