Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related technical experience, and an FAA A&P license or ability to obtain Repairman Certificate within 30 days. Weekend shifts may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a team of 10–15 individuals.
• Schedule, train, and problem-solve to meet targets.

• Adhere to repair station SOPs and FAA regulations.
• Promote safety, quality, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Timekeeping for direct reports and performance coaching.
