Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in St. Louis is seeking an Aircraft Completions Supervisor to lead a 10–15 person team in a fast-paced repair/finish environment. You will manage scheduling, training, and problem solving while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, finance, materials, and quality teams, maintaining standard procedures, and promoting continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methods. FAA regulatory adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have technical experience and the ability to oversee a team in a repair/maintenance environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to plan, schedule and develop team members.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work of a team of 10–15 technicians.
• Schedule workforce, conduct training, and resolve issues to meet workflow targets.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards in daily operations.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and promote continuous improvement.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

FAA A&P license or Repairman Certificate (within 30 days)
