Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Dallas, TX, seeks a Supervisor to lead the Comps shop, overseeing 10–15 technicians. You will schedule workloads, train, and solve problems to keep production moving while meeting FAA requirements and safety standards.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of related technical experience, and an FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 30 days. English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate the work of a team (10–15 individuals).
• Plan workloads, schedule tasks, and train team members.
• Maintain safety, quality, and FAA compliance in daily operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma efforts.
• Manage timekeeping for direct reports and report performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, materials and quality to meet targets.
