Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in St. Louis is seeking a Completions Coordinator for the GAC St. Louis site. The role operates on first shift with responsibilities spanning coordination, documentation, safety, and lean initiatives to support daily flight interior completion work.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and about five years of related aircraft maintenance experience, including potential upholstery work in the Trim Shop. Strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years related experience in specific discipline or aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor in ensuring all department work is completed in a timely manner and meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Fully supports the corporate safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Assists the team to achieve milestone dates and meet goals with required equipment and material.
• Ensures all required paperwork and documentation (ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, R&I log) are accomplished.
• Ensures design and engineering drawings are used and followed.
• Performs weekly safety audits and assists team members in audits.
• Leads or participates in Lean and Quality Improvement teams to meet goals.
• Maintains shop equipment and JSAs.
